How to apply.

Admissions for the 2026–27 academic year are open. We follow a transparent, merit-based process aligned to University of Rajasthan norms.

The application process

  1. Apply online

    Fill the online application form with your Class XII / graduation marks and upload scanned documents.

  2. Pay the application fee

    Rs. 500 for UG programs, Rs. 700 for PG programs. Fee is waived for SC/ST applicants on submission of valid certificate.

  3. Merit list & counselling

    Selected applicants are invited for counselling on campus. Bring originals for verification.

  4. Confirm seat

    Pay the first-semester fee within seven days of allotment to confirm your seat.

  • Class X mark sheet
  • Class XII mark sheet (or graduation transcript for PG)
  • Transfer certificate from previous institution
  • Migration certificate (if applicable)
  • Caste / income / EWS certificate (if claiming reservation)
  • Two passport-size photographs

Frequently asked.

  • Is Satya Sadhana College recognised by the UGC?

    Yes. The college is recognised by the University Grants Commission under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act and is affiliated to the University of Rajasthan.

  • Are hostels available for both men and women?

    Yes. We run separate residence blocks for men and women, each with mess facilities, study rooms, and a resident warden. Allotment is based on distance from the campus and need.

  • What is the medium of instruction?

    B.A., B.Com., M.A. and B.Ed. programs run in both Hindi and English mediums. B.Sc. and M.Sc. programs are taught in English.

  • Are scholarships available?

    Yes. We offer merit scholarships for the top 10% by entrance score, need-based aid for households earning under Rs. 2.5 lakh per year, sports scholarships, and a full-tuition single-girl-child scholarship. Government SC/ST/OBC post-matric scholarships are processed by the admissions office.

  • Can I visit the campus before applying?

    Absolutely. Open campus tours run on every Saturday between 10:00 and 13:00 during the admissions cycle. Email admissions@satyasadhana.ac.in to confirm your visit.

  • What support is available for first-generation learners?

    Every first-generation learner is paired with a senior student peer mentor in addition to a faculty mentor. The student support cell runs orientation sessions on academic writing, library use, and time management in the first six weeks of term.
